Q: I am missing pay, how do I contact Payroll?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working tirelessly to resolve this issue. If you are missing pay, the fastest way to contact Payroll is through our Payroll Ticket Form. Once you’ve submitted a ticket, Payroll will reach out to you within 24-48 hours of your submission.

Q: I forgot to clock in/out, what do I do now?
A: It is important not to miss punches, as it can cause issues with pay, so please ensure you clock in and out of both Parim and the facility kiosk. However, we do understand that mistakes happen, so in the event of a missed punch, you may download and print out a blank Timesheet from our Employee Resources page. Fill out the form and have it signed by a facility supervisor, then submit a photo of the form here.

Q: How do I access my pay stubs?
A: You may access your pay stubs through UKG. You may login through here.

Q: How much is holiday pay, and what holidays qualify?
A: Holiday pay is time and a half. The holidays we offer holiday pay are as follows:

 

  • Christmas Day

  • New Years' Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day (4th of July)

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day


Please note: Holiday Pay begins 11pm the night before and ends 11pm the night of the holiday. 

 

Q: How do we get ID Badges?
A: You can request your badge here. Currently, we are working on finalizing our badge printing and shipping process. Once we begin printing and shipping Employee ID Badges, we will notify all of our staff via SMS and email. 

 

Q: What are your rates and which facilities do you staff?
A: Our rates vary by position and from state to state. We staff facilities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland, and Virginia. To learn more information, please apply at www.thecaringstaff.com/application. Once you’ve completed an application, a recruiter will reach out to you!

 

Q: How do I get a referral bonus?

A: Refer a friend to Caring Staff and get a bonus* when they complete their first shift with us. Wait to claim your bonus until your referral has completed 40 hours total with us and receive an even bigger bonus**. This isn't a one time bonus, this is for every person you refer!

 

*$100 for CNAs, $200 for LPNs/RNs

**$250 for CNAs, $350 for LPNs/RNs
